First time PC Build - Will be used for Gaming,streaming,Youtube advice needed!

I watched a couple vids, did some research and ended up with this build.I was also wondering if i should go ryzen instead not sure.

$1700 is my limit at the moment.

Ryzen comes with a decent stock cooler and suffice for decent overclocking My 1600 is @ 3.8 with stock cooler.
