First time PC Build!

Hello guys, I'm wondering is this components good for new games like (Witcher 3, AC Origins, Shadow of War..) i want to play at least 35-40 fps.. Here's the components that i build:
Mobo: Gigabyte AB350M HD3 AM4
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1400 or 1500x?
VIDEOCARD: ZOTAC GTX 1050 TI 4GB or RX 560.
RAM: Samsung UDIMM 8GB 2400MHz 1.2v PC17000
CASE: Zalman Z1 NEO Middle Tower
HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 1TB 64MB cache, SATA III
Monitor: Dell S2340L
Power supply: Seasonic SSR-430ST, 430W

1400 can be OCed to same as 1500X, no need for the extra. Get 3000+ rams, crucial for Ryzen. What is your total budget? Living in US? May rearrange the components a little bit.

Yes i think the same, but Crucial RAM's its a bit high price for me, man. But my Budget is around 500$ or 550$, but i am from Bulgaria.
