First time PC builder needing help

Solution
I have a poor CPU, (AMD Athlon X4 860K) also I've never played GTA but I get about 80 FPS in H1Z1 and about 120-140 FPS in CS:GO. You should be a bit higher than me because yours is upgraded. (maybe 160-180 FPS CS:GO and 90 FPS in H1) And you have a good CPU, though I don't recommend dual core as I heard it isn't as good as quad core.
EDIT:Just watched a benchmark. Your FPS on all Very High should be around 30-50

I have the same GPU, not TI however and have to say that it's really good for it's price. However I don't think it can run some modern high usage games. For example, ARK was unplayable for me. I'm also new to computers, I just made a thread because I have started having a problem. Hope this helps.

Basically, TL:DR, it can run many games. However, these new modern games are way too high in graphics to be able to be runned normally by the GTX 750ti. Good for budget and the few games I play are able to use it but I doubt games like Assassin's creed or witcher can be ran by this card. I play: H1Z1, Cs:go, DD2, DD1, TF2, Hearthstone, and Trove.
