Hi. In the next month I will be building a budget gaming PC at around $500 to be able to play things such as ArmaII and 3D rendering in later months, so, upgrading would be needed eventually. I'm not sure if I should go with an Intel or AMD CPU.

My AMD build-
CPU: AMD A10-6800K 4.1GHz quad core
CPU cooler: Gelid Solutions CC-Siberian-01 51.9 CFM
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A85X Extreme4 ATX FM2
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws series 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3-1600
Storage: Kingston SSDNow V200 series 64GB 2.5" SSD
Video card: MSI GeForce 630 4GB
PSU: Athena power 350W ATX
Case: Thermal take commander MS/I snow edition

My Intel build-
CPU: Intel core i5-3470 3.2GHz quad core
CPU cooler: cooler master DP6-9EDSA-0L-GP
Motherboard: MSI B75A-G43 ATX LGA115
Memory: AMD Entertainment Edition 2x2GB DDR3-1333
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM HDD
Video card: PowerColor Radeon HD7750 4GB
PSU: Diablotek 350W ATX
Case: Rosewill CHALLENGER ATX

Should I go with an Intel or AMD build?
I would appreciate any recommendations.

Both builds have poor PSU's , GPU's as well. Here's something better -

It has a GTX 660 which beats the hell out of both the GPU's you choose. If 3D Rendering is a higher priority -
