mostly looks very good.
Very powerful machine.
most people on this forum will hate the Corsair PSU and recommend EVGA instead.
What do you run that needs an i7 processor?
With a GPU that powerful, I hope you have a really nice monitor...

looking to run cpu intensive games and overall just want it to be futureproof. And monitor wont be a problem.
Was going for a i5 4690k but changed mind recently. Good or bad idea?

I am very happy with my build.
Don't know of any games that require 8 threads.
Did you hear that to play fallout 4 without stuttering, some people have to turn hyperthreading off, thus turning their i7 into an i5

Yea i might go with a I5 4690k instead. Much cheaper. Can u give me average fps in some games u play?
