Looks good. Only changes I'd make would be the cooler from hyper 212 to Cryorig H7 which is newer tech and better quality. Also change the NEX power supply to the higher quality EVGA 650 G2. Rest looks fine. :)

Perhaps It's worth to look for a Skylake build instead of Haswell. DDR4 will boost your performance massively in some games so It's worth looking at.

Some compromises like microATX motherboard + case can be made to save costs. But if you can, go for Skylake. The listed builds are pretty much at the same price point too.
