First Time PC Not Connecting to The Internet via Ethernet Cable

this is my first pc. as of the date this thread is posted, its only been roughly 2 days since i finished.

everythings going pretty smooth, but i noticed that the pc does not connect to the internet via the ethernet cable i have connected to it.

the message that appears is that there are no drivers for the network adapter. my pc is an msi and i do not know which driver will work for the network adapter.

What is the exact model of your motherboard? The link you posted does not work. Also is this a custom built pc or store bought?
