Hi there! I'm looking for a new build for a desktop, some light gaming probably 20%, CAD work 30%, and probably 50% general computer use. The budget is under 2k in the Bay Area if that matters.

Puts you a bit over budget the CPU cooler is like 35 bucks on Amazon.
The processor is just a bit better and the video card is a good step up.
Better quality power supply.
