first time to OC a P4 2.8c

I just got a new system put together and I want to try and overclock it. I have a Abit IS7 Mother Board and a Pentium 4 2.8 processor. I am using the retail fan with the processor. I want to clock the processor to 3.2 - first will this be ok with the retail fan? and are there any tips you have for me. are there any good guides that I should look at. and if you have done this on the same baord please lt me know what you set your perameters at.
