Question First time upgrading, have GTX650TI

Hey, so I built a PC about 6 years ago, and I could really use some advice on what the best upgrade for my GPU would be. I would like to start playing games on high and potentially stream a little as well. I plan on getting a 144hz monitor along with this upgrade. Price range from 200-300 would be awesome.

The 2600 is a solid choice but i see the 2700 for only 40 dollars more which would give you a bit more headroom when steaming and having a few other tabs open. I would say for a gpu a 570 for about 130 with included games is a great and very capable card for 1080p. If you want anything better then that you would probably be looking between a 1660 or a 590 depending on pricing. If you can only do one upgrade take care of your gpu first and an 8150 can still push more frames then your 650ti can pull out. Though don't expect to really be able to steam that well with an 8150 especially with only 8gb ram,
