First time watercooling. Will my selected parts handle the job?

Hello. This is the first time I'm watercooling a computer (except for the Corsair Hydro Series, which doesn't really count).

I will be cooling:
1) a 3930K, which I want to overclock to more than 4.7 GHz (my current max using the Corsair H80i).
2) a Radeon HD 7990
3) a Sapphire 7970 Ghz Edition (non reference PCB) in CrossFire

I would like to overclock these as well, but I'm not planning on going crazy.

The parts I picked to do the job.

1) Alphacool Water Cooling Se NexXxoS Cool Answer 240 DDC/XT
I will be using 2 x Noctua NF-F12 PWM in pull config in top of case
2) Aquacomputer kryographics for HD 7990
3) Alphacool HF 14 ATI/NVidia Smart Motion Universal Copper Edition
For the 7970, as there is no full cover waterblock
4) Alphacool GPU Heatsinks 15x15mm for the 7970 to cool the vram and vrms
5) 2 x Phobya G-Changer 140 Ver. 1.2 with NF-A14 PWM in pull
6) Distilled Water with silver Kill coil and anti-corrosive. If I get bubbles I will also add a dash of dish soap.

I have the Aerocool xPredator Evil Black Case

My questions are:
Will the pump included in the Alphacool kit be enough?
Will the 120.2 + 140 * 2 radiators be enough to keep the loop cool?
I chose the noctua fans, because they are quiet and powerful, if there are any other fans that are as quiet and have more static pressure, let me know. I would like to keep the computer as quiet as possible.

Thanks in advance.

Because obviously he has never done a custom watercooling system meeting the exact thermal demands of his current one, and is hoping someone who has, or has more experience building custom loops, will be able to help him create the best design.

Why do you think that? I build a couple of computers in the past, but never had to mod anything to get it working. And as I said: this is my first time water cooling.

Wow i do not like that case, but i have made a system with less room than what that case has.

this will need some moding a few little holes will need to be drilled to get it all installed.

here is a example of the hardware needed for a nice loop.

let me know if this helps.

I wasn't looking to spend quite that much money. Also I would prefer to keep all of the loop inside of the case.
Would the parts that I listed be enough to keep my computer cool and quiet?

As a side note i have a good system, that should run with similar results as yours. As far as gaming goes i have had no reason to nor have i encountered a game that requires me to clock my system in order to play it in high resolution with everything on. So what are you doing that requires the need to clock the system at this time?
I, in the future plan to clock my system, in the hopes of extending the life of the system for a couple of years, and i built a water cooling system that will meet the needs of the hardware at that time. This is not cheep i have been doing this for 15 years now over four different systems clocking them as i go. It has taken me some time to build up to what i have today. I do not regret any of it and i would never consider going back to air cooling.

Well, the hardware listed includes 3 radiators. One 240mm radiator and two 140mm radiators. These radiators will definitely fit into my case (it is a full tower).

I'm overclocking my cpu to speed up render time.
I don't have a reason to overclock my graphics cards at the moment, but I will want to do so in the future.

I just ordered the parts. Should arrive throughout next week.
Will put it all together the following weekend.
If I'm not satisfied with the performance I will add a 120mm Radiator to the 5.25" Drive Bays.

I will let you know how it goes, as soon as it is fully assembled and I had a go at it.

Cheers and thanks everyone for your suggestions,

This is how I plan to layout my loop. Anyone see any potential issues?
