APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Today or tomorrow

BUDGET RANGE: 900-950 before mail in rebates (don't trust them)

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: gaming, browsing, movies

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: keyboard, mouse, OS

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Newegg or Amazon

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: USA

OVERCLOCKING: Yes

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1080

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I am 95% sure I am getting the parts I have already picked out. I just want some more experienced eyes to look over my parts and tell me they will work together before I hit the checkout button. I chose the X2 instead of the X4 because it let me get a GTX460 instead of a 5770. Hoping to unlock 1-2 cores. I am going to stay with the stock cooler for now, I'll just upgrade it later if needed. My cart is currently $930 after combos and shipping.

I have read reviews and/or benchmarks for everything on my list, so I'm mostly just looking for a couple people to say "It will work" before I commit to it. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will get that one instead. I wasn't really sure on the DVD drive, so I just grabbed the one from the System Builder's Marathon article that went up today.

That combo is $25 more than the HDD+PSU combo I have now and the promo code won't stack with the combo. I don't think being modular is worth the extra cost for me. Thanks for the suggestion though.
