Wanted to be around $800. after all said and done--a bit over at this point...want to order this weekend or by Tuesday!! Please help:

Need capacity to edit/render video from time to time and multiple photo editing, as well as typical office type stuff. (no gaming) Would like decent option for overclocking--Originally was looking at intel i5 2500K, but couldn't fit into budget, so amd phenom x4 955 BE looked very economical.

A) Do these parts work together? See any conflicts?

B) How can I cut some costs (any bloat?)

Hello there, I don't happen to see any problems with your build. For around $30 the Cooler Master Hyper 212+ would be a good cooler for a bit of overclocking.
