First water cool system Help me not be afraid

I am currently in the process of upgrading my system and finally have the funds to make it my own. I will be running a corsair c70 case with amd 8350, 16 g corsair ram and duel 7870 because i got them cheap. So any help would be welcome my issue is I dont know if I want to do just cpu cooling to save a little money or go all out with gpu as well for a first time build. I have built a few pc's for friends so that I am comfortable with. I still dont like the idea of liquid around my pc lol. Help please

Don't water cool your rig. Maybe a custom loop for the CPU and leave it at that. The GPUs are only 7870s. It's pretty pointless to spend upwards of $250 on blocks to watercool 2 lower end GPUs.
