I'm making these upgrades (http://pcpartpicker.com/list/vF3ykT) to my current build (http://pcpartpicker.com/list/8VWJFT), and I have no idea where to start planning my cooling loop. First of all, should I make the further investment in getting the second reservoir, pump, and radiator for a second loop, or should I try to fit two graphics cards and my processor on one? I definitely want to go hard tubing, but I don't know how to distribute it to cool everything most effectively. I'm working in a 760T, so I have space to work, but I don't know the first thing about watercooling.

First of all, a 6700k will not work on your current motherboard. Pretty much any order is going to give you the same cooling performance if you go with one loop that has everything in it so order doesn't matter aside from the reservoir needs to be above the pump. Honestly, the 1070s are really cool running cards so one loop should be fine but I would suggest a second pump and reservoir anyway for all the blocks and the cooling performance. Check out JayzTwoCents' videos on watercooling, there's lots of stuff to learn from him and he's basically a pro at it.
