Question Fisheye lens effect in my games.

I recently bought a new Aleinware 3440 x 1440 34" widescreen monitor and an Gigabyte RTX 2080 Ti graphics card...and I've been getting a 'fisheye lens' effect in some of my games: Fallout 4 (which has been extensively modded), Guild Wars (the original), Borderlands 2, etc...I haven't checked all my games, but this is a good representative sampling. Is this "normal" or do I need to calibrate my monitor in some way to enjoy the graphics that I paid well over $2,000 bucks to have?

Make sure those games support 21:9 ratio.

That very well might be the problem. Borderlands 2, Guild Wars, and Guild Wars 2 support the 3440 x 1440 resolution out of the box, Fallout 4 has to be modded to support that resolution. But, I don't know if they support the 21:9 aspect ratio...I'll see if the devs can give me a definitive answer. Wish me luck!

Decrease your horizontal field of view in the game settings.

@Glenwing I tried that in Fallout 4...it does help, but in order to make any significant improvements I have to adjust it to the point where everything is up in my face.
