[SOLVED] Fitting a 970 Evo Plus in ROG STRIX Z370-F Motherboard

Hi,

Came to fit a 2nd NVMe into the above Motherboard and for the life of me I can't find a spacer (Is one needed ?) or a screw small enough to fasten it down..

Have a selection of screws and spacer's that came with the MOBO, but all to big for the available hole.. Have a photo, but not able to add to the post :/

Any help/suggestions would be really appreciated !!

The threaded standoff is required along with the m2 securing screw. It may already be installed in your motherboard and you just need to move it to the correct hole.

Unfortunately the hole is too small to take the standoff/m2..

Then it may be a motherbd standoff and not an M2 standoff.
If you cant find it then I would contact Asus to mail you one out, otherwise they're $5 on amazon for the set. Some hardware stores may also carry something that would work.
