Fitting a cpu cooler into corsair carbide spec 01 case

Hi, i am planning on to buy the NOCTUA NH-D14 cooler and i am unsure if it would even fit inside my case with my motherboard and ram. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Love the looks of the case.
The specs on that case show 150mm for cooler height.
I think that is wrong, but that is what it says.

I suspect it is for marketing their liquid coolers.

Regardless, I suggest you buy a cryorig H7 cooler which has a 120mm fan and is only 145mm tall.
Your H81 motherboard will not support overclocking except for a G3258 so you really will not benefit from a top cooler.

Actually, liquid coolers on the carbide cases aren't the greatest. Because the grate on the top of the case for the liquid coolers is really close to the motherboard and usually it will hit the motherboard and you won't be able to fit the coolers in, on the other hand you can fit the H80i on the back on one the top but not by the ram sticks because it won't fit

The cryorig H7 would be perfect.
You are likely to run out of a safe vcore voltage(about 1.3v) before you run into thermal limits(85c.).
The spec01 has very good intake capability to feed the H7.
