Hi, I am looking for some advice and would appreciate any given.
I am on a tight budget but am about to purchase a new system without a hard drive as I would like to use my old one and save some money.
The model is:
596GB Hitachi HDS721064CLA332 SATA Disk Device (SATA) fitted with windows 7
and the key components of the new system are:
AMD FX 4300
8GB DDR3 Kingston 1600 single module RAM
AMD R7 260X (2048MB PCI Express)
Asrock 960GM-VGS3 FX - AMD 760G - Micro ATX - 2 DDR3 - SATA2 - RAID
500W PSU with 12cm Fan(make not specified)
Will fitting the hard drive to the system cause me any problems? I have no problems fitting it physically but am thinking I may run into problems with BIOS or the HDD not being recognised.
Thanks:)
