Hi,i bought a pre-built Lenovo Thinkcentre Edge 72 prebuilt with an i5 330S cpu and 8gigs of ram.
although i don't know what kind of case i have (don't know if its a micro atx or something like that) i researched the motherboard which is an MSI N1996 SSI EEB form factor. My current graphics card is a Zotac GT 610 which is just the bottom of the barrel that the store put in with the PC for free.it does fit though

i wish to upgrade it with a new graphics card but the case is too small.
the power supply is an 180w with chineese writing all over it.
not a single extra cable coming out of it,all used up

so my question is can i fit a new power supply and graphics card into a case like this one
http://shopap.lenovo.com/sg/en/desktops/thinkcentre/edge-series-towers/edge-72/

Suggest some good small graphics card that can game at 1080p with 60 fps (doesn't have to be all ultra super duper high settings)

That looks to be a regular ATX sized power supply, but measure it just in case it's a bit off. This is a more or less standard ATX size for a PSU 5.9" x 5.5" x 3.4"

That case would fit a 750 Ti which is probably the best smaller card out now. This would be a safe model to get, it's the small form version of the card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127836&cm_re=750_Ti-_-14-127-836-_-Product even though that case should fit a larger one, you may as well get the smaller one and be sure.

If you want a bit more performance, try this 950 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487237&cm_re=nVidia_950-_-14-487-237-_-Product

Since you have a smaller case, I suggest a modular power supply to keep...

Since you have a smaller case, I suggest a modular power supply to keep the cords from taking up all the room. I don't normally like the Corsair CX models, but in your system it would be OK to use ,this is under $50 with a rebate http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139048&cm_re=modular-_-17-139-146-_-Product

If you want higher quality http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151119&cm_re=modular-_-17-151-119-_-Product
