fitting GTX 970

hello guyz i wanna know can i fit GTX 970 in gigabyte GA G31m e2sl mother board.
its a micro ATX form factor board
i have ordered the GPU. plz help

It looks like it'll fit on the motherboard but it'll make getting RAM out a pain in the ass and it'll over up anything thats on the motherboard under it. It'll also cover up your first PCI slot. What case are you using, that'll be a bigger issue than it fitting on the board.

i dunno exactly what case it is because its an old case with micro ATX form factor.
oh its an LENOVO H3000 series case
or is there any way i can show my mother board ?
i m not a computer pro or something like that...

That may be a problem. The 970 is a pretty big card and its going to need power from your PSU. You might be out of luck with getting that guy to fit in your case or be powered by the PSU.

i am going to buy Antec VP550 PSU for gtx 970
