Fitting More Then 120mins On Verbatim 4.7GB +R

Hi there is this possible I am burning my Legal movies to DVD but I'm worried the quality will take a hit is it possible too get 2 hours on a DVD+R without the quality and sound getting distorted I use DVD Flick I need to be sure before I waste any discs is 120 mins the maximum the movies are MP4 AVI MPEG4 and a few other thanks

its possible to go over 120min depending on the program - not sure if dvd flick can do that since ive never used it.
