Recently my monitor has been bugging out constantly, it's constantly shaking (up and down) and it's occasionally flashing green and pink lights. If you look at the video you can see that the taskbar is constantly moving that's part of the shaking, but what is really annoying is when it starts flashing the colours..
It's not a GPU problem as i have two monitors and only this one is like this, i am wondering if there is a way to fix a monitor when it's like this. I won't mind if it costs like £20 or something to repair as i don't want to buy a new monitor and i would like to keep having two monitors as it's pretty much essential for my set up.
Like am i able to fix this myself or do i have to give it to a repair shop or is it just not fixable?
