fix corrupted bios but no luck yet

have msi z87 gd65 board ,, bios A seems to be failed, , system not boot well, , black screen, no beeps ,, etc,, but bios B just works fine. I found a video shows how to fix this problem using something called intel fpt but with no details!!!! ,, so if any of you experts have an idea how they did that please help me understand, , here is the video link above.

I know nothing about this software. I went to the Intel site and found the Documentation PDF file, and the program download link. I cannot tell you how to use it or even if you should use it.
