Fix ME Firmware error while booting Windows 8

I am getting the above error when i start my PC. thereafter it restart the PC. after that it again tries to boot and start successfully. thus the same thing goes in a loop after I shutdown my PC & start again & sometime whenever I tried to install any software Blue screen appear Driver IRQL Not Less Or Equal.

is it that my windows 8 has got corrupted and I had install it again but problem remain same, is it some hardware error.

Do a system restore. Choose a point before problems appeared. It is not likely to be HW if it was fine before. More likely that is associated with a driver.
