fix my frame rate please

im having problem with my frame rate , i have a 6700k cpu,gtx 1080 gpu, 32ghz ram ,msi m7 mobo, every thing ran great when i first built rig, now all games have real bad fps in sc, assian creed 14, even diablo is at 30 what could be doing this , i have 850 psu

Does it stay at 30fps? Is v-sync turned on?

maybe you're running it on intel's integrated vga ?
