Question Fix Slow Computer without Upgrading and Install Linux?

Is there any other way to fix a slow computer than upgrading and install Linux, It running with windows 7, 2gb ram and 149 GB HDD.

In general - that computer is probably full of bloatware, and in general - the best practice would be to reinstall Windows 7.
