I have a MSI Z87 GD65 GAMING running Windows 10 which comes with Killer E2200 1.0 Gbps LAN. Recently, I noticed this was being capped at 10 mbps.

I also recently purchased a TP-Link Archer TX50E AX3000 because I will be moving the computer to a location without hard wired ethernet. I installed the Intel PROSet Wireless Software/Driver on the product support page when I installed the card.

For whatever reason, this was capping my Killer E2200 LAN to 10 mbps even though network properties indicated it was running at 1.0 Gbps. Uninstalling the software immediately fixed the LAN issue. Hopefully, this will help someone in a similar situation.

Edit: If you are still throttled, try downloading Killer Control Center from the Microsoft Store. For whatever reason, your download speed may have been changed. You can reset/change it under settings.
