Some things to check and try:

try simply typing msconfig

in msconfig under safe boot make sure the "no GUI boot" option is NOT checked.
----------------------------------------------
Uninstall Kaspersky
-----------------------------------------------
Reset Graphics driver:

1.Start your PC in Safe mode.
2.Select the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, and then select Device Manager. (or if WIN key + X key will bring up menu)
3.Expand Display adapter.
4.Press and hold (or right-click) the display adapter, and then select Uninstall > OK.
5.Restart your PC.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Disable fast startup in windows and BIOS

--------------------------------------------------------
Create a new user account

A problem with your user account can also be the reason your computer is experiencing a black screen.

You can see if your user account is causing the black screen by creating a new account while you're in Safe Mode.

To create a new user account in Safe Mode, do the following:
1.Open Start.
2.Search for Command Prompt.
3.Right-click the result and select Run as an Administrator.
4.Type the following command to create a new account and press Enter:

net user tempuser /add

Remember to change "tempuser" in the command for the name of the account you want.

5.Type the following command to change the account type to Administrator and press Enter:

net localgroup administrators admin /add

Don't forget to change "admin" in the command for the name of your account.

6.Restart your computer to complete the task.

Note that you're using Command Prompt instead of the Settings app to create an account. This is because, for some reason, Windows 10 won't let you create a new user account using Settings while in Safe Mode.

Once you restart your computer, sign in with the newly created account. If your computer is no longer experiencing a black screen, then the problem was something on your old user account.

Have your windows install media in place, and try to run the system file checker.

sfc /scannow

This scans the installation for missing critical files.

If that doesn't work then use your install media to attempt a repair / do an in place upgrade.

The version you want to repair from needs to be the same version as you were running: 32 vs 64 bit, same windows build number, same language.

ok, thanks the sfc /scannow stopped after 100% done and closed instantly i dont know what that means, but imma try to repair it with a usb stick

sometimes if pc is slow to load desktop and just shows blank screen, the cause can be windows is waiting on an attached device to respond. So unplug any extra USB devices or speakers or external hdd

did you get into safe mode?
can you right click start
choose run...
type winver and press enter

what version of win 10 are you on? only helps if you want to try a repair install.

how long has it been doing this? You could try a system restore

try this in safe mode

right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
copy/paste this command into the window:
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter

SFC fixes system files, second command cleans image files

The problem is fixed now, i did system reinstall on windows 10 that was the bad way because the laptop was original windows 8, then i tried with windows 8 and it worked, maybe this is a fix for multiple of us!
