Misplaced a brand new AMD cpu and got 1 bent pin(i got stupid) and then pushed it back to its original position without bringing it close to breaking(i got lucky).
Placed cpu, everything works fine but unless the socket pushed the pin back to its 100% original position, is the warranty off? All i've seen around is if the warranty covers the bent pins, what i'd like to know is if the bent pin can act as an "excuse" to not replace the cpu for a different problem, a defect it might present in the next 2 years, although cpus don't fail as much i think unless defective from the start(or destroying them yourself like me).
