Hey there, sorry if this is the wrong forum/category

Suddenly, my PC started to freeze with the slightest of nudges. I decided to post this here because today I bumped my foot on my desk and it was enough to make it freeze. I force a reboot and then it works fine again.

I have 2 SSD for storage, a ryzen 2700x, my motherboard is a b450-i rog strix.

I used to be able to move it and nothing would happen

So many possibilities, did you build the computer? you really need to just rebuild it first make sure everything is clean and properly put together, it could be grounding issue with the case and motherboard, or issue with your cables to your SSD's or an issue with you're RAM, until you rebuild it or at the very least reseat the ram and solid states properly, its hard to tell.

I built it last year. Is reseating just removing the cables and connecting them again?

What would the grounding issue be? is there a way to fix it?
