Fixing bent CPU socket pins

Hello,
I have read the how to's and watched videos and straightened the many bent pins.
But I still am not getting anything spinning.

PSU has been tested with paper clip and works.

Do I just continue to work carefully to make the pins straighter?

From what I learned all I need is power connected and the CPU power connected and CPU fan outside the case.
Is that correct?

Just send it back and they will replace it

If one or more of the pins are actually bent, then yes...you need to fix that.
If it still does not boot, there are other issues.
