Fixing fan on power supply

I have a Sharpshooter in a Lethal enforcers cab. I noticed today that
the power supply has a built in fan that is not working. Can these be
fixed or do I need a new power supply?

Yes, just replace the fan.

You can just open the power supply, unbolt the fan and replace it with a
computer style fan. Should take about 5 minutes to do.
