Fixing graphic card at home

So my graphic card (Sapphire, Radeon R7 260X) is kinda dying, more exactly the fan part of it, the whole bearing of is scratched etc. Instead of buying, I've come to this idea if I could buy this exact same product from second-hand (perhaps a not working one) and I could use it's fan to fix mine. So I would like if there is any way it would be possible/if anyone has previous experiences with stuff like this

You could find an cheap working one instead off trying to find a broken one and to fix the other one up!

You can probably find replacement fans online that will fit the card. Some place like eBay might be a good place to look. Oftentimes the same fan might be compatible with multiple cards as well.
