My water bottle leaked in my backpack causing this damage to my laptop screen. All pixels appear to be working and my laptop functions normally with no other apparent water damage. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Thanks

From the images you provided, I would consider it lucky that the laptop works at all! I see the damage, but the pixels all function. I would probably try to live with it, and just put the money towards a new machine down the road. The only fix would be to replace the screen. The site below has some aftermarket screens if you go this route. Just remember, the enemy of good is better.

Think twice before opening a laptop if you never did it before, don't do any sudden moves, they can break very easily, especially the screen "cable" its a very thin slice, breaks instantly if you pull the screen out too fast, its not like a real wire cable, u can't solder it afterwards.
