I have been dealing with a cpu overheating issue on my Ryzen 7 5800X for a while now and would like some suggestions. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing seems to work. I have already scoured the internet for my issue but I cant seem to find anything. I've tried removing the thermal paste multiple times, I took off my side panels, got new fans, got a brand new kraken nzxt cooler, changed the fan intake orientation, deleted bloatware, etc. can NOT find the issue. I'm not sure but I think its causing another issue I have with popping sound. Sometimes when I'm playing games under heavy load, but sometimes just watching youtube, especially hitting the pause/play button. I dont know what else to try besides getting a new cpu, would prefer if you guys had a solution

edit: forgot to mention my temps, they pretty much always jump to 90, and never moves as my cpu is throttled, idles in the high 50s

Yes done both of those. I had this same issue on the previous cooler I had, it was a be quiet one it was highly rated too
Which cooler are you using ? It takes a really good one to tame it. Mine had a 360 AIO and and was still going up to 80c under full load. If you have half decent cooler you could try controlling voltage with Curve Optimizer from BIOS or Ryzen Master.
Which MB and BIOS ? Did you try updating BIOS ? Some allocate too high voltage at auto settings. BIOS should also have option to set TDP to 65W instead of 105W and most coolers can handle that much.

Should be enough for normal use except for running benchmarks tha push it to 100% for long time. Did you try other remedies I mentioned and make sure pump and fan are running at full speed at 80c or a bit less.?
I went in the bios and increased the speed of all the fans and pump even set it to max once just to see. And yes I removed the plastic lol

to have a look what the problem could be:
run userbenchmark.com and post the http link of your result, e.g. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730

Reset the BIOS by jumper clrCMOS or JBAT or similar (eventually you will have to set the boot priority correctly after that)

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
