Fixing Seagate st3000dm001 HDD?

I just run Seatools with FixAll option, and it failed

Is there some better tool to fix this drive?
drive has bad sectors and 99% files are readable, I copied them from a disk.
Is there a hope for this drive?

If the manufacturer tool failed...it's gone.

Can Spinrite isolate bad sectors? low level format?

Is it still under warranty? If so, RMA.
If not, fridge magnet donor.

Can hdd be affected by vibrations made by concrete drill (power tools)? I suspect that drive started to report errors after there was vibrations in the building caused by concrete wall drill.
if that could be the case, maybe this errors are only on one part of the plate surface, as 99% of the files are still readable.
