Question Flare X 3200 stuck at 2400

As the title claims, I'm only getting 2400mhz out of my 3200mhz gskill Flare X. I have them in channels A2 and B2 per the manual. I have not updated bios (version Sept. 2018) or tried overclocking. No OS installed yet.

Sytem specs:
Asus ROG x470
gskill Flare X 3200 8GB x2
Ryzen 2700
RTX 2060

I thought these sticks were supposed to hit 3200 out of the box... Any suggestions?
