Hello, so I've got an 64GB flash drive which is weird af... when i stick it to the PC, i can't access Diskpart or Disk Management, it is just lagged, and when i disconnect the drive from PC, it works normally as it should, before this was happening, I could access Diskpart and clean it, i wanted to create 2 FAT32 partitions, one was succesfull, but when I tried the second one, it started to act like this... I don't know what to do..
I have an ROG Strix GL503VM Laptop, i7-7700HQ and GTX 1060 6GB

I donno the brand, anyways its because my TV didnt want to detect it so I thought it wants to be FAT32 which Is max 32GB
I have an older Toshiba TV and had a similar problem. I was able to discover that it would not accept a 16 or 32 GB USB key to update the firmware. So my suggestion is to check the TV manufacturer and see what the specs are on your model.
Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Make and model USB drive?

Do other flash drives work on your PC?

Does the same problem occur if the flash drive is inserted into another known working PC?

Perhaps the OS is trying to back up the USB flash drive. Or something else is launching when the USB flash drive is detected,

One thing you can do is use Task Manager and Resource Monitor (just one or the other - not both at the same time) to observe system performance.

First observe without the USB flash drive inserted. Then insert the flash drive to determine what changes. What launches, starts running, or even stop;s running.

Maybe indexing the drive.

Key is to match the lag to something happening within your system/software.

What resource is involved, to what extent (%), and what is using the resource? You may need to plug in and unplug the USB flash drive several times to identify the problem.

Be sure to properly eject the USB flash drive.

I don't see anything like model on the Flash drive so it's something unknown, tho it's definitely not wish which i know for usre, and yes it's happening the same on other PCs... the CPU is the same calm with and without the flash drive in

What manufacturer/make USB drive: nothing on the case, no markings at all beyond the 64 GB capacity?

Can you describe more about the "lag"?

However, if the lag is happening on other PC's then the USB flash drive itself is suspect.

Try formatting the entire USB flash drive using NTFS. Be very careful that you do not format the wrong drive(s),

Once the USB flash drive is successfully formatted then try creating the two partitions.

Even the 64GB is not written anywhere, the lag is that i insert disk, and if i open diskpart normally you start writing list disk but i cannot write anything, theres just the under mark _ blinking, nothing else, when i eject disk i can write, the disk management keeps loading some virtual disk service infinitely, i cannot format it by any option, it keeps ejecting and connecting in system, nothing else

This:

"the disk management keeps loading some virtual disk service infinitely "

What is on that USB flash drive? Where did the USB flash drive come from?

Overall, I suspect that the USB flash drive is corrupted and/or physically damaged.
Nothing is on that drive, it has been formatted fully before, i mean not the quick format but the complete format, tbh i donno where it comes from

What brand of USB is it? I've had a lot of trouble with the Kingston G4, especially the 64 GB. I do have a question for you though. Why partition a 64 GB USB? Why not just buy 2 -32 GB or 4 -16GB then you would have a lot more flexibility.
