Flash drive not showing up in My Computer

I use 2 computers on a regular basis. My personal computer is an hp pavilion laptop with windows 7 home premium (latest update). My 2nd computer in which i use for work, is a dell latitude e6410 with windows 7 professional (lastest update). My flash drive is a monster digital 16gb usb 2.0 flash drive. It works flawlessly on my personal computer but on my work computer, it shows up in devices and printers as unspecified. drivers for it say they are up to date but i cannot access it only on that laptop. It is formatted as fat32 and does not show up in disk manager and in device manager, it is under USB controllers. The usb ports work for other flash drives and usb devices without any problems.

if it not a damaged driver it may be dell data protection software stopping you.
