Flash drive not showing up in "My computer"

USB Flash Name: KingMax UI-06 16GB Silver
My USB drive would not show in My Computer:
1. The disk shows up in disk management (http://i.imgur.com/ZasTJ1H.png)
2.DiskManagement and looking to Volumes shows up a weird thing(http://i.imgur.com/s4m2PQn.png)
3.Tried the stick in other computer...same problem.
4.Tried Changing the Drive Letter and Path didn't worked.
5. There's no problem if i need to format the drive.
6.The flash is still in warranty but i would prefer to fix it miself.

Have you tried formatting the drive by right clicking on it? try 'quick format', check the box. If its not that it could be a bad stick.

Tried but it says "There is no disk drive in F"

ok is it USB 3.0 (looks blue on the connector)? are you trying it on USB 3.0 or 2.0 connector, and have you tried it on both the front and back connectors.

It's a 3.0, didn't try on the 3.0 ports. I used it on 2.0 ports both front and back.

"My Computer" doesn't shows means it cannot MOUNT it due to unknown format. So you should attempt to format under Storage Management. If that doesn't work, use DISKPART, GOOGLE on procedure how to use this tool to fix a thumb drive.

Just make sure you understand how to use DISKPART, this can be a DANGEROUS tool.
