Flash Drive Not showing up, mac/PC

So i have this lexar 8GB jump drive, it doesn't show up in disk utility on my mac, and it doesn't show up in disk management in windows 7/8. I have tried it on 3 different computers and they all didn't show up. The light on the flash drive flashes, and the flash drive gets power but the computer reads absolutly nothing even in disk management and disk utility. Anyway thanks for any help.

Bad flash drive. It's easy to buy a new one, though if there's an important file you can't get off there you're out of luck unless it's important enough to send to a recovery lab.
