How exactly the speed of a flash drive works? Got disc on key 3.0 with big speed transfer but then I use weak hdd on my pc. How does this speed defined- is it like faster to copy from PC into the disc on key (uses the flash drive speed) or the opposite, hope you understood me.

Performance is dictated by the slowest device in the chain, in either direction.
