Question Flash drive USB 3.0 speed problem

Hello,

I got new Lexar S57 stick and I am having problem with the speed when I am copying something from PC it is taking forever (one 3gb video file) and speed is dropping a lot up and down to the 0, also when the speed drop to 0 it get stuck there for a second.

Copying from the stick to PC is no problem, constants speed and 3gb file is done almost immediately. I tried copy the file from M2 disk and also from a normal hard drive, same problem. Please can someone tell me how to fix and where is the problem? Thank you

Removal policy for the stick is set to the better performance. I am using

win 10 and
Gigabyte GA-H170M-DS3H motherboard,
NVMe M2 Intel 660p,
24GB ram and
i7 6700.

I am using only windows defender as antivirus software, I tried disable it and still same problem.

Nobody ? I tried the stick on a laptop with USB 3 port and same problem.... copying from the stick is fast without a problem.

Did you run some disk benchmarks ? Writing speed is always slower than reading.
