You can Google for information on how to create bootable flash drives. I don't see the point. The optimal method for installation of Windows is to:

1) Install Windows from DVD
2) Activate Windows
3) Install all drivers and updates
4) Create an IMAGE of your Windows drive so you can RESTORE without ever reinstalling Windows.
