Flash player is not installing in my acer laptop

Hello,
while i trying to install the flash player11 it often shows the message timeout.help me to install flash

I guess it tries to download the distribution package, but it fails for whatever reason.

I googled "flash install timeout" for you, the first result is from Adobe's forum:

Some people say disable antivirus, but I think it's more straightforward to go to this page and download the appropriate version (32 or 64 bit, operating system) of the flash installer:
