Question Flash VBIOS

Anyone can teach me how to flash my VBIOS(GTX 1070) ?
I think I accidentally install the wrong VBIOS and now when I use GPU to boot it won't boot and just show black screen
This is the image I try to use nvflash dos but it say no Nvidia display adapter found but on my Device manager it shows that there is GTX 1070

In the image link there is two image one is before I install the VBIOS (still working before install)

Does it have a backup BIOS switch?

What is backup BIOS switch where can I find that , so I cannot download and reinstall the VBIOS download from VGA BIOS COLLECTION ?
