Flash without CPU

I have a ASRock H110M-HDS LGA 1151 Intel H110 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard and a Intel Pentium 3.50 GHz Dual-Core LGA 1151 Processor (BX80677G4560) so u can guess why I need to flash it

You need to flash because you didn't do any research before purchasing. Had you asked you would have been told it might not work and had a B250 motherboard recommended. You can either return that motherboard for a compatible one or get a supported CPU to update your BIOS. The user's manual does not show a no CPU flash option.
