Flashdisk as installation CD of Windows XP

Hi!
I have Asus R2H which doesnt have DVD. But i need reinstall windows. So i had idea that i make installation disk on Flash disk. But how i can do that. Is it possible? How can i copy boot sector from installation CD to flash disk?

Just curious why you would want XP on this unit? It's too slow to be happy with an OS like XP. Isn't this like a Rolls Royce Blackberry?

If u know how to clean Windows after installation then it's not so slow. But ur answer doesnt helped me. So how i can copy installation CD of Windows Xp to flash disk?
