Question Flashing bios stuck at 100%

So i was trying to update my dell inspiron 7566 bios from version 1.3.1 to 1.4
The flashing progress went to 0% to 100% instantly and then it stuck at 100% and i tried shut it down but it didn't work. I cannot remove the battery out of my laptop because i don't have the right tool, so I'm stuck here.

Not much you can do there, how long did you wait for the setup to run before you tried to shut it down? If it's still there even after about 30 minutes you may need to hold in the power button to do the shut down, or contact Dell support. If the BIOS update has issues it could brick the laptop.

Since the flash went from 0 to 100% instantly, it likely nothing was changed. At this point I would do a hard power down and see it your computer will still boot.
